What Is Brainspotting therapy?

Brainspotting is a body-based therapy that helps process stress, trauma, anxiety and emotional overwhelm that may feel “stuck” in the nervous system.

Sometimes we can understand things logically, yet our body still feels anxious, exhausted, reactive or constantly on edge. Brainspotting helps access deeper parts of the brain and body that traditional talk therapy alone may not fully reach.

What does a brainspotting session feel like ?

Brainspotting sessions are guided gently and at your own pace.

Together, we notice what may be arising emotionally and physically within the body while using mindful attention and specific eye position to support processing.

You do not need to force yourself to retell every detail of difficult experiences for healing to occur.
