Brainspotting Therapy in Hamilton, Ontario for Anxiety, Burnout and stress
Supporting Burnout, Anxiety, Trauma & Nervous System Healing Through a Compassionate Brain Body Approach.
Brainspotting is a focused, brain body therapy that helps access and process experiences stored deeply within the nervous system. It can support trauma, anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, stress and patterns that may feel difficult to shift through traditional talk therapy alone.
feel like yourself again
You may look like you’re managing everything on the outside while internally feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted or stuck in survival mode.
Brainspotting therapy is a body based approach that helps process stress, trauma, burnout and emotional overwhelm stored within the nervous system.
At Healing with Love Therapy, I support women and professionals in Hamilton and across Ontario who are tired of constantly “holding it all together” and are looking for a deeper path toward healing regulation and reconnection with themselves.
What Is Brainspotting therapy?
Brainspotting is a body-based therapy that helps process stress, trauma, anxiety and emotional overwhelm that may feel “stuck” in the nervous system.
Sometimes we can understand things logically, yet our body still feels anxious, exhausted, reactive or constantly on edge. Brainspotting helps access deeper parts of the brain and body that traditional talk therapy alone may not fully reach.
During a Brainspotting session, we use focused mindfulness, body awareness and specific eye positions to help your nervous system safely process unresolved experiences at your own pace.
Many women seek Brainspotting therapy in Hamilton when they feel:
chronically overwhelmed,
emotionally exhausted,
stuck in survival mode,
disconnected from themselves,
or tired of constantly “holding it all together.”
Brainspotting is often supportive for anxiety, burnout, chronic stress, trauma, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm and nervous system dysregulation.
Many people are drawn to Brainspotting when insight alone has not fully created the change they are seeking.
If you’re new to Brainspotting, this short video offers a helpful introduction to how this brain body therapy approach works.
